We charge a 30E cleaning fee and require a 150E deposit that will be returned at end of your stay provided the flat has not suffered damages beyond normal wear. 25percents fee increase applies during the holidays Christmas, New Years,exhibitions etc and throughout major city exhibitions and events. In case you are a firm and need receipt, taxes will not be included.
